Disability claim form is needed to claim every year when policy owner become disable in economic way. To make a claim policy owner must be aware about the policy contract, whether the contract has any Disability Protection Raider (DPR)/ Waiver of Premium (WP). The benefit of the Disability Protection Raider contract is stated that the policy owner will be entertained the Waiver of Premium and monthly allowance equal to 1% of Face Amount. The benefit of the Waiver of Premium will be entertained just only the Premium waived by the MetLife Alico BD.
